Grilled Ear Sandwiches

  1. Spread a spoonful of Amorcito Corazón Cajeta on an Amorcito Corazón Orejita.
  2. Close with another ear to form a cajeta sandwich.
  3. Grill the sandwiches on the hot grill (or skillet) for 1-2 min per side, until the crackers are lightly browned and the cajeta is soft.
  4. Serve hot, crispy and sticky.
Recommendation: Keep a close eye on them, they brown quickly.

  • Cajeta Amorcito Corazón, to taste
