Delicious ears with ice cream

  1. Arrange a layer of Orejitas Amorcito Corazón in a square baking dish.
  2. Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream over the cookies.
  3. Drizzle Amorcito Corazón Cajeta generously over the ice cream layer.
  4. Repeat with another layer of ears, ice cream and cajeta.
  5. Add a final layer of ears, ice cream on top and more cajeta to finish.
  6. Freeze at least 1 hour before serving.
Recommendation: Let stand 5-10 min at room temperature before cutting.
