Cajeta crepes
Procedure:
- Place all ingredients in a blender (except the cajeta and walnuts) and blend until smooth.
- Heat a few drops of oil in a small frying pan (you can spread it around the pan with a napkin so it's not too greasy).
- Using a ladle, pour some of the mixture into the pan, making sure to cover the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 45 seconds until the base is golden brown.
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture until all the crepes are made. Arrange them on a plate, folding them in quarters.
- Pour the cajeta and a little milk into a pan and heat until it reaches the desired consistency (do not boil).
- Pour the warm cajeta sauce over the crepes and garnish with chopped walnuts. You can place the crepes in the oven to warm them up or serve them immediately. Enjoy!
